天空中有什麼The signal source

每一秒,天空都在廣播訊號。 Every second, the sky is broadcasting.

繞行地球的導航衛星,持續廣播對全世界公開的定位訊號;每一架飛行中的民航客機,每秒也廣播兩次自身位置。任何接收器都可以「聽見」。 Navigation satellites continuously broadcast positioning signals open to the entire world. Every commercial aircraft also broadcasts its position twice per second. Any receiver can listen.

台灣許多地區——山區部落、花東沿岸、偏遠外島——還沒有足夠的民間接收點。穹觀作坊填補這個空白。收集到的數據,可用於精度校正、地層監測,或補強這一帶的民航飛行監測覆蓋。 Many parts of Taiwan — mountain villages, the east coast, offshore islands — still lack ground-based reception. SkyObserve Lab fills the gap. The data supports geodetic correction, ground deformation monitoring, and aviation tracking coverage.

民航飛行監測ADS-B Coverage

每架飛機每秒廣播兩次位置,山區與海域是地面監測的空白地帶。濱海或高地的接收站能接收地平線外更遠的訊號——對搜救與航路監測有直接幫助。 Each aircraft broadcasts its position twice per second, but coverage thins over mountains and oceans. A coastal or high-altitude receiver listens beyond the horizon — directly aiding search-and-rescue and route surveillance.

關於我們Mission

業餘出發, 認真執行。 Amateur in spirit. Serious in execution.

穹觀作坊由兩人以業餘身份共同經營,創立於 2024 年。驅動這個計畫的,是一種熟悉的衝動——每隔一段時間,某項技術會從「聽說過」變成「正在發生」,讓人忍不住想親身踏進去。個人電腦如此,網際網路如此,這幾年快速鋪展的 AI 應用也如此。 SkyObserve Lab was founded in 2024 and is run by two people as an amateur project. What drives it is a familiar urge — every so often, a technology shifts from "heard of" to "happening now," and you can't help wanting to step inside. Personal computers were like that, the internet too, and so is the rapid spread of AI today.

我們參與的計畫有正規國際機構背書,技術原理與政府的 e-GNSS 系統相同,在超過 140 個國家合法運作;穹觀作坊目前聚焦台灣市場。這不是實驗,是一件正在成形的基礎設施——而台灣還有很多空白等待填補。 The networks we contribute to are backed by formal international bodies, share their technical foundation with Taiwan's official e-GNSS service, and operate legally in 140+ countries; SkyObserve Lab currently focuses on Taiwan. This is not an experiment — it is infrastructure taking shape, and Taiwan still has many gaps to fill.

這是什麼性質的組織?是電信業者嗎?What kind of organisation is this — a telecom operator?
不是。穹觀作坊是主理人以個人業餘身份經營的小型工作室,不是電信業者,也不是任何通訊服務商。性質類似業餘氣象觀測者,只是收集的是衛星定位校正數據或民航追蹤訊號。 No. SkyObserve Lab is an amateur workshop run personally by its founder. We are not a carrier, tower operator, or any communications service. Think of an amateur weather watcher — except we record GNSS corrections and ADS-B aircraft broadcasts.
這跟基地台一樣嗎?電磁波會影響健康嗎?Is this like a cell tower? Any health impact from EMF?
完全不同。基地台主動「發射」強電磁波。我們的設備只「接收」,就像家裡的電視天線或收音機——不對外發射任何訊號。您手機隨時都在發射訊號聯繫基地台,我們的設備連那個都沒有。 Completely different. Cell towers actively transmit at high power. Our device only receives — like a TV antenna or radio. It emits nothing. Your phone radiates more energy continuously than this device ever will.
會不會干擾家中的 Wi-Fi、電視、其他電器?Will it interfere with my Wi-Fi, TV, or other appliances?
不會。設備是純接收,沒有發射就沒有干擾。它工作的頻段(GNSS 1.2–1.6 GHz、ADS-B 1090 MHz)與家用 Wi-Fi、電視訊號、藍牙完全不重疊。每天上傳到網路的數據量極少,對您家中的網速無感。 No. With nothing transmitted, there is nothing to interfere. The bands it listens on (GNSS 1.2–1.6 GHz, ADS-B 1090 MHz) don't overlap with home Wi-Fi, TV, or Bluetooth. Daily data uploads are tiny — your network speed will not notice.
會不會洩漏我家的網路內容或個人隱私?Could it leak my network traffic or personal data?
不會。設備上傳的只是衛星訊號的觀測數據(時間、訊號強度、衛星仰角等技術數值)或飛機公開廣播的位置——與您家中的網路活動、裝置、瀏覽記錄毫無關係。如有顧慮,可在路由器上為設備設一個訪客網路,與家中其他裝置完全隔離。 No. The device uploads only sky-signal telemetry (timestamps, signal strength, satellite elevation) or public aircraft broadcasts — none of which has any relationship to your devices or browsing. If you prefer, route it through your router's guest network for full isolation.
這會不會涉及國家安全或軍事訊號?Does this involve military or national-security signals?
不會。我們只接收公開廣播的民用訊號:導航衛星對全球公開廣播的定位訊號,以及民航客機依 ICAO 規定廣播的飛行位置訊號。軍事訊號是加密的,我們的設備無法解讀。事實上,更密集的地面 GNSS 站反而有助於在 GPS 干擾情境下偵測異常訊號,提升定位系統的韌性。 No. We receive only public civilian broadcasts — open GNSS positioning signals and aircraft ADS-B as mandated by ICAO. Military signals are encrypted and unreadable by this hardware. A denser ground network actually improves detection of GPS jamming events — strengthening, not weakening, national signal resilience.
DePIN 跟傳統基礎設施有什麼不同?How is DePIN different from traditional infrastructure?
傳統的訊號接收網路,通常由政府機構或大型電信業者集中建置與維護,成本高、擴張慢,偏遠地區往往是空白。DePIN(去中心化實體基礎設施網路)是一種新興模式:由全球各地有合適場地的個人,各自部署一台小型設備,共同組成一張覆蓋更廣的觀測網路。穹觀作坊參與的就是這類計畫。您不需要了解任何技術細節,只需要提供一個看得到天空的屋頂。 Traditional signal networks are built and maintained by government agencies or large telecoms — costly to deploy and slow to expand, leaving remote areas uncovered. DePIN (Decentralised Physical Infrastructure Network) flips this model: individuals with suitable sites each host one small device, collectively forming a denser, wider-reaching network. SkyObserve Lab participates in this kind of project. You don't need any technical knowledge — just a rooftop with a view of the sky.
我家只用手機上網,沒有家用 Wi-Fi,可以合作嗎?I only have mobile data, no home Wi-Fi — can we still host?
很遺憾,目前無法合作。設備需透過家用寬頻 Wi-Fi 上傳,行動網路因穩定性與流量限制不適合長期使用。若日後有裝設家用 Wi-Fi 的計畫,歡迎再聯繫。 Unfortunately not at this time. The device needs a stable home Wi-Fi connection; mobile networks are unsuitable for long-term operation. Reach out again if you install home broadband later.

NTRIPNetworked Transport of RTCM via Internet Protocol

ADS-BAutomatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast
「廣播式自動相關監視」。航機自行透過 GNSS 取得位置後,每秒兩次以 1090 MHz 頻率公開廣播位置、高度、航向、速度與識別碼。為 ICAO 全球強制要求的航空監視標準。Aircraft determine their own position via GNSS and broadcast it twice per second on 1090 MHz, including altitude, heading, speed and identifier — an ICAO-mandated global surveillance standard.
我們的 ADS-B 接收站接收這些公開訊號並上傳至國際飛航追蹤平台,補強台灣山區與海域的監測覆蓋。Our ADS-B stations receive these public broadcasts and feed them to international flight-tracking platforms — extending coverage over Taiwan's mountains and coastal waters.
MLATMultilateration
「多點定位」。利用同一訊號到達多個地面站的時間差(TDOA),三角定位推算發射源位置。可定位未配備 ADS-B或僅有 Mode S 應答機的舊型航機。Multilateration. Uses the time-difference-of-arrival (TDOA) of a signal across multiple ground stations to triangulate the transmitter — letting older aircraft with only Mode S transponders be located even without ADS-B.
當您的 ADS-B 站與鄰近其他站同步運作,平台便能透過 MLAT 還原更多航機位置。When your station works alongside neighbours, the platform can run MLAT to recover positions of additional aircraft.
DePINDecentralized Physical Infrastructure Network
